Gently peel off the patch starting by lifting a single corner of the patch, holding down on your skin with the other hand, and pulling gently towards the center of the patch. Repeat on the other end of the patch, peeling the other corner back towards the center. For those with sensitive skin, removing in the shower is recommended.

Krampz® patches should not leave any residue on your skin. If any remaining adhesive is still on your skin it can easily be removed with soap and water.

Krampz® patches are not reusable and are single-use only.
