- Discard the patch after use; do not reuse.
- Clean the area before applying a new patch.

Tips
- Krampz® can be worn at any time during your menstrual cycle.
- For best results during your period, apply the patch the morning your cycle starts or the day before.
- To fully cover the area of discomfort, you may need to use multiple patches or trim them to shape.
- To trim, use the paper backing as a guide and round the corners for best adhesion.
- For those with more severe menstrual pain, we recommend using 2 patches to ensure full coverage of the area of discomfort.

Ways to Wear
Horizontal
For single patch use, apply the patch horizontally across your lower abdomen, ensuring the patch covers the area where you experience the most cramping or discomfort.
For two-patch use, place the patches parallel to each otheracross your lower abdomen for broader relief.

Multi-Directional
For multi-directional patch application, apply the patches in a ‘T’ or wide ‘V’ formation on your abdomen. If you overlap patches, ensure that both ends of each patch are securely adhered to your skin. This method allows you to customize the patch placement for targeted relief, providing maximum comfort as you adjust to your body’s needs throughout your cycle.
