1. Shipping Eligibility & Territory
We currently only ship within the United States. We deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses but delivery times are subject to carrier limitations and may be extended beyond the estimated delivery time frame. We are not liable for any delays arising from carrier-imposed restrictions or logistical constraints.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Express shipping orders will ship the next business day after processing.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.
3. Shipping Fees & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders below this threshold are subject to the shipping fees listed in the table below. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
- Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, inclement weather, supply chain disruptions, and force majeure events.
4. Subscription (Recurring) Orders
Customers may subscribe to recurring deliveries on a monthly or bi-monthly (every other month) basis.
- Customers may manage their subscription, including modifications, pauses, or cancellations, through their user account portal. Changes must be made at least five (5) business days before the scheduled shipping date to take effect for the upcoming order.
- Customers may also request subscription changes, including modifications, pauses, or cancellations, by emailing support@krampzwellness.com. Requests must be made at least five (5) business days before the scheduled shipping date to take effect for the upcoming order.
- If a modification or cancellation is requested after the deadline, the order may already be processed, and changes may not be possible. However, customers may contact support@krampzwellness.com, and if the order has not yet been processed, we may, at our sole discretion, accommodate the requested change.
5. Delays, Lost Shipments, & Product Availability
We strive to ensure all orders are delivered promptly. However, in the event of a delay, loss, or stock issue, we will address the situation as follows:
- Shipping Delays: If an order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, we will notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
- Stock & Availability Issues: If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will inform you promptly and provide:
- The estimated restock date;
- Alternative product options; or
- The option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Lost Shipments or Delays Beyond Our Control: If a shipment is lost, delayed, or otherwise impacted due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events), we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Resolutions will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may include refund, replacement, credit, or other remedies at our sole discretion.
6. Damaged Items & Returns

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- The shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- Someone is available to receive the package at the designated delivery location.
- Any issues related to lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry are reported to us immediately.
8. Governing Terms & Conditions
This Policy is governed by and subject to our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall control.
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
