I have always thought of myself as an athlete. I was still running every day until last year when my legs and body started swelling from lipedema. The Krampz pain relief patches are super helpful especially as a girl with endo who’s always on the run & on her feet at work. I have used Kramps now for two periods in a row. I used two strips and an X over my pelvis. I usually have cramps the week leading up to my period and two days before I put on the patches and right away felt my pain level lower. It doesn’t take away the pain but it makes the attacks less frequent and less intense. I’ve been pairing it with Spicy heat patches over it, been seed cycling with two moons, and also taking chaste tree! The perfect quad.
