KRAMPZ RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

All items are eligible for a refund or replacement at our discretion, provided that:

  • The request is made within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • The request is authorized by our support team after an assessment of the issue.
  • The product issue is not a result of misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Items received as a gift can only be refunded to the original purchaser’s payment method or issued as store credit.

2. No Physical Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of any item. Customers should not send any products back to us unless explicitly requested by our support team.

3. Requesting a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact our support team at support@krampzwellness.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or other supporting documentation (if applicable)

Our support team will assess the request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include issuing a replacement or a refund at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Processing Refunds & Replacements

  • If a replacement is approved, it will be processed and shipped immediately.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 15 business days, but timing may vary and is contingent on the processing times of our payment provider.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 30 business days after approval, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@krampzwellness.com for further assistance.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email for refunds and replacements once the request has been processed.

5. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Clause

To protect against fraudulent claims or policy abuse, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of the policy, or repeated claims without sufficient justification.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
